About the event
FOVA Family Colour Parade
To celebrate and kick-off FOVA25, the FOVA Family Colour Parade celebrates the Veteran Community in a colour-filled parade around The Tan led by a marching band.
The friendly parade is an opportunity for all to join around The Tan. Wear colours that reflect your individuality, bringing a unique flair to your morning. A marching band will guide the procession, crafting a play on a traditional Marching of the Colours. While wandering through the gardens, you will encounter an abundance of art by veterans.
Following the Colour Parade, you are invited to enjoy what Melbourne has to offer; stay in the parklands with a BYO picnic, head over to ANVAM for the March to Art exhibition featuring artists in our community, or down to the Southbank Markets.
