Glass Fusing Workshop

Join Glaas Inc for 2 exciting workshops during FOVA aimed at sparking your creativity with glass!

This workshop focuses on glass fusing, suitable for beginners, but you are more than welcome to join if you have previous glass experience. In this 3 hour class, you will cut and assemble your own design or work from a provided template to create a piece that will be fused and fired in a kiln.

Don't miss the follow-up event on Thursday night, where you can pick up your creation, attend a talk, and watch a documentary by Glaas Inc.

You do not need to bring anything with you but due to safety requirements we ask you to wear long sleeves, long pants or skirt and boots or shoes with covered toes to protect your feet (from falling glass). Best to tie back long hair, and wearing comfortable clothing is a good idea. There is no eating or drinking on the studio, but water bottles are ok, if you think you may get hungry you can bring a snack to eat outside of the studio. Please bring a water bottle.
